Administration officials are vowing to have ObamaCare's enrollment site fully repaired by Nov. 30, two months after the system debuted with serious problems.

Former Office of Management and Budget Director Jeff Zients on Friday said would be working in time for users to buy the coverage that takes effect in January.

"By the end of November, will work smoothly for the vast majority of users," said Zients, who was appointed to oversee the repairs on a short-term basis.
