DEALER INSTITUTE TRAINING

The Dealer Institute provides premier training and consulting for the equipment industry empowering equipment dealers with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to excel in today’s competitive marketplace. Offering a wide range of services, from leadership development and financial management to sales optimization and service excellence, the institute is tailored to meet the unique challenges of the equipment industry and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, enabling dealers to enhance profitability, customer satisfaction, and long-term business success.

DC FLY-IN

NAEDA hosts D.C. fly-in events that bring equipment members to Washington, D.C., for a hands-on advocacy experience. Participants receive in-depth briefings about the top policy issues affecting the equipment industry and meet with members of Congress to advocate on those issues. These important events ensure that the voice of the equipment dealer is amplified on Capitol Hill. Fly-in participants also learn how to develop relationships with their elected officials and become trusted voices of equipment industry. In this way, the fly-ins showcase the many ways in which NAEDA members can use their industry expertise to shape public policy.

EQUIPMENT DEALERS FOUNDATION
Clay shoots & Golf Tournaments

The EDF is dedicated to advancing education in the equipment industry, with a focus on developing service technicians in dealerships. It's scholarship program supports current and aspiring technicians by providing access to technical training, improving their skills and career prospects. Additionally, EDF partners with CASE to offer partial scholarships to teachers, equipping them to bring mechanical education into their classrooms and impact hundreds of students each year. EDF funds these initiatives through annual clay shoots and a golf tournament

CANADA EQUIPMENT DEALERS FOUNDATION
Golf Tournaments

The Canada Equipment Dealers Foundation (CEDF), founded in 1998, addresses the shortage of trained dealership employees by providing educational programs for agricultural, industrial, and outdoor power equipment dealers across Canada. Supported by the North American Equipment Dealers Association, the CEDF is managed by volunteer dealers and staff, with governance by a Board appointed by NAEDA. Since its inception, the CEDF has raised over $3 million for dealership-specific programs and scholarships. As a registered charity, all Canadian donations are tax-deductible and benefit Canadian equipment dealers. CEDF conducts golf fundraising events each year to help support scholarship and education initiatives.
