(A) Primary – Renter does not have coverage for Rented Equipment – Cost is $2.10 per $100.00 rental fee.
(B) Contingent – Renter has insurance coverage for Rental Equipment. Cost (Proof by Certificate) – Cost is .60 per $100 rental fee.Â
