Our law firm has prepared the attached Alert relating to the Missouri Proposition A that was effective on January 1, 2025 and relates to increases in minimum wage and paid sick leave requirements. We provided an initial alert to you in December. The new Alert includes some model forms that the Missouri Department of Labor has prepared but also provides an update on pending litigation that may end up overturning the law or legislation that may end up overriding the law. Despite these efforts, the safest course of action will still be to comply with the law until we know more.

- Recommended use of “Disclaimer Language” with Notice (see attached and modify as needed)
